On my editing PC I have PMB, Content Management Utility, XDCAm EX ClipBrowser 2.6 and the new Content Browser 2.0. All seem to work happily together !! On my second PC I have PlayMemories instead of PMB but the same set other than that they work OK too. On either PC if any source plugged in to the PC has video or still files the consumer versions will open up automatically for transfer. They do not seem to see EX sources though but do see GoPro but do not transfer correctly viewing mov files as jpg stills !!!
