How To Install Winexe On Centos

Bash script and spec file to prep and build a winexe 1.1 rpm. Built and tested against:

• RedHat
  • 7.2 / 6.7
  • 4.2.* / 4.0.*
• CentOS
  • 7.2 / 6.7
  • 4.2.* / 4.0.*

Winexe remotely executes commands on Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7/2008/8/2012 systems from GNU/Linux.

Winexe latest versions: 1.0.5, 1.00. Winexe architectures: aarch64, armv7hl, i586, i686, x8664. Winexe linux packages: rpm. Winexe is not distributed in normal RHEL/Ubuntu package repositories. You will need to compile it yourself, or obtain a pre-built binary. Ubuntu: Instructions and binary packages for 14.04 and 16.04 are available here. RHEL/CentOS: These instructions explain how to build RPMs for RHEL/CentOS.

Building fresh RPMs

Clone the repo: Tomb raider free download in tamil.

Build the winexe RPM

Build the RPMs:

./winexe-rpm

And install:

rpm -iUvh RPMS/$HOSTTYPE/winexe-1.1-b787d2.*.$HOSTTYPE.rpm
